Account Setup & Management
This guide covers the process of creating a new Wanscale account, completing your registration, and managing user invitations for your tenant.
1. Registering for an Account
To begin using the Wanscale Portal, you must first create a unique user identity.
- Navigate to the Wanscale Portal login page.
- Click Register Here.
- Enter your Email Address and choose a Password.
- Password Requirements: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least three of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
- Password Requirements: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least three of the following:
- Click Continue.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Scan the provided QR code using your preferred TOTP application (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
- Enter the OTP Response generated by your app into the portal.
- Click Continue.
Note
Email Verification: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. You must click the link within that email to verify your account before you can proceed to the first login.
2. Completing Your Registration
Upon your first login, you will be prompted to provide additional details to finalize your account setup.
- Log in to the portal with your verified credentials.
- Fill out your User Details and click Save.
- Select the registration path that fits your needs:
A. New Partner or Customer
Select this option if you represent a new organization looking to utilize Wanscale services.
- Click Become a partner or Become a customer.
- Complete the organization detail form and click Next.
- Wanscale will verify your details and a representative will contact you to finalize the onboarding.
- Click Finish Registration.
B. Existing Invite
Select this option if you have been invited to join an existing organization or tenant.
- Select Received an Invite.
- Review your pending invitations.
- Choose Accept or Decline for each specific tenant.
- Click Finish Registration.

3. Inviting Users to Your Tenant
Administrators can grant access to other team members by sending email invitations directly from the portal.
- Click the Tenants dropdown menu in the top-left corner of the platform.
- Select Invitations.
- At the top of the user list, enter the Email Address of the person you wish to invite.
- Click Invite User.
User Experience:
- The invited user will receive an automated email containing a registration link.
- Upon clicking the link, they will be guided through the account creation process (see Section 1).
- During their registration, they must Accept the pending invite to gain access to your tenant.
